At The Oasis at Grace Bay, we take pride in making your vacation all about, well, you. From check-in to check-out, we strive to make it easy to plan and book your stay, to make you feel welcome, and to pamper you while you’re here. Because we want you to miss us when you leave.
For hotel reservations, rates are based on the number of adults and children accounted for on the booking confirmation. If you would like to add another guest, please modify your reservation or contact our reservations office.
Daily room rates are subject to a 12% Government Accommodation Tax and 10% Facility Fee/Service Charges.
Must always be accompanied by at least one (1) adult. Children are considered 11 years or younger.
Cribs and High chairs are available upon request for an extra charge of 20$ per night
Group bookings of 10 or more rooms during the Winter Season (Dec 22 to April 30) are charged on booking a deposit equal to one night for each of the rooms. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation notice.
All major credit cards are accepted.
At least one person over the age of 21 must be present upon check-in.
There will be no penalty if reservations are canceled at least 21 days prior to arrival
Cancellations received after that time, no-shows, and early departures will result in a full-stay penalty.
We want to take the stress out of planning a vacation during this time and introduce our force majeure Policy. As a rule, because of Turks and Caicos location, the islands are less likely to be affected by hurricanes. If a hurricane watch is issued by the National Hurricane Center for the Turks and Caicos Islands, guests with a confirmed direct booking reservation have the option to reschedule to a later date at no penalty.
The resort is a non-smoking property, but a designated outdoor area is available.
