At the Oasis, we use gentle but efficient cleaning products to eliminate pathogens without compromising your comfort. We Guarantee your safety from the moment you arrive with our strict and approved housekeeping protocols.

Guest Rooms

Our staff makes it their duty to make your room spotless before your arrival. We decontaminate all surfaces, refresh bedding and make sure everything is in place for a comfortable staf.

We take great care to ensure cleanliness of all our aquatic facilities and thermal baths so that you can enjoy a moment of pure well-being in our spas.

At The Oasis, we’ve always taken pride in keeping our resort a pristine paradise. All of our common areas are meticulously maintened by our staff, with no detail overlooked.

Frequently asked questions

Is smoking allowed in the room?

No. All rooms are no-smoking but we have a designated area for smoking.

Is there a beach view?

There is no beach view, but there are pool and garden views.

Is there a charge for beach chairs or are they included in our stay?

Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas are included in your stay.

I’m a wheelchair user. My husband can help me up a couple steps but not too many. Is the villa wheelchair accessible and how many steps are there?

Our villas are located on ground level.

Is there an on-site gym?

Sorry, but we don’t have an on-site fitness center right now.

Are you allowed to sleep three in the double room?

The maximum occupancy for our double room is two adults and one child under 11 years of age. There will be a $50 per day charge for 1 extra person 12 years and older.

Is there shopping and restaurants near your hotel?

Most popular restaurants and grocery stores are a few minutes walk from our hotel. We even have complimentary bikes for our in-house guests.

Do all rooms have sofa beds?

The ground and second-level suites have a sofa bed while the villa has a Murphy bed (double size) in the living area.

Do you offer rollaway beds?

Yes, we have rolling beds that you can use during your stay at any of our luxury suites. Our two-bedroom suites feature a sofa bed in the living room. The villas have a Murphy bed.

Are there kayaks available for in-house guests?

Unfortunately, we don’t have non-motorized water sports. But our front desk team can help you rent equipment or reserve these activities.

How to get to the hotel from the main airport?

Most guests are taking local taxis outside the arrival area and the standard fare from airport to hotel is $33.00 for the first (2) persons. Another option is renting a car. There are rental agents at the airport that you can approach to inquire.

Do you take a deposit if I book?

We don’t take deposits. But we process the full payment once the cancellation period is over.

Are there any laundry facilities on the property?

Some units have washers and dryers, especially the two-bedroom suites.

Which room has the private pool?

The private pool can only be enjoyed if you reserve a luxury two-bedroom villa.

I’m traveling with a service pet. Please advise if this is okay.

We regret to say that our property is not pet friendly.

Is there an airport pickup?

Our property doesn’t have airport transfers, so we recommend taking a local taxi just outside the arrival area.

Are rooms air-conditioned?

Yes, all rooms and suites are fully air-conditioned.

Do you provide cribs for infants?

Yes, we have Pack and play cribs.

Can you order drinks at the pool or the beach? If not, can you bring beer/alcohol, etc. to the beach/pool?

Yes, we sell drinks by the bottle at the beach and at the pool.
